Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an eligible item for a personal or subjective reason—for example, you changed your mind, do not like the style or color, ordered more than needed, or selected the wrong item—you must submit the return request within 48 hours after the carrier marks the package as delivered. The tamper-evident return tag must remain attached, intact, and unaltered. Once approved, the item must normally be shipped back within 5 calendar days using a trackable service.

Customers are generally responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Product Quality, Authenticity & Description Issues
Concerns involving product quality, authenticity, undisclosed treatments, an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect, or a material difference from the product description must be reported and a return request submitted within 30 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered. These concerns are reviewed separately from the voluntary 48-hour change-of-mind window and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
